Tzatziki The infamous yogurt cucumber garlic dip!

 

Fiery Feta Mac & Cheese Fiery feta, mozzarella and kaseri cheeses mixed with grilled corn & greek sausage baked with macaroni. Topped with pita crumbs and feta.

 

Melitzanosalata Fire roasted eggplant marinated with garlic, shallots and herbs.

 

Dolmades/Stuffed Grape Leaves Grape leaves stuffed with a blend of fresh herbs, spices and rice.

 

Spanakopita/Spinach Pie Pastry Spinach and feta wrapped in a warm flaky phyllo.

 

Zucchini Chips Sliced zucchini chips, served with our skordalia garlic dip.

 

 

Please choose 2 of the following salads, to be offered to your guests and served individually.

 

Horiataki / Greek Village Salad The traditional village salad. Ripe red tomatoes,
cucumbers, red onions, peppers, kalamata olives, fresh oregano tossed in our Opa! vinaigrette topped with crumbled feta cheese.

 

Greek Green Salad Chopped romaine and spinach, red onions, tomatoes & feta cheese tossed in our Opa! vinaigrette.

 

Greek Caesar Salad Opa!’s version of the classic caesar, hearts of romaine tossed with feta crumbles and kalamata spread, topped with pita croutons.

 

Greek Beet Salad Roasted beets tossed in an olive oil and oregano
vinaigrette. Served over a bed of baby greens centered around a hearty scoop of skordalia, topped with crumbled feta and candied walnuts.

 

 

Please choose 3 of the following breakfast options, to be offered to your guests and served individually.

 

Spartan Benedict Two English style muffins topped with sauteed spinach, mushrooms and poached eggs. Doused with Hollandaise sauce and sprinkled with paprika and Feta cheese crumbles. Served with Greek village potatoes.

Athenian Breakfast Pita Fresh pita bread filled with a scramble of eggs, Greek sausage, black olives and onions. Garnished with tzatziki sauce and fresh tomatoes. Served with Greek village potatoes.

Corinthian French Toast Freshly baked bread, soaked in cinnamon and scrambled egg, grilled on the flat top. Topped with whipped Greek yogurt and cream and fresh berries.

Opa! Gyro Hash and Eggs Greek village potatoes mixed with caramelized onions, bell peppers and
traditional, seasoned gyro meat. Topped with two fried eggs and a rich bechamel sauce.

 

 

Pricing- $15.00 per guest, subject to applicable sales tax.  Price does not include any additional charges incurred by guests.
